I’m looking for people who are speaking Finnish AND Swedish for a technical helpdesk.

Job description:
-       Providing End-user support for any IT issues
-       To ensure 1st level support service to resolve problems encountered by External customers
Working hours: between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm (Monday till Friday)
Required professional competences:
-       PC-minded
-       Problem solving
-       Analytical skills
Required technical skills:
-       Windows XP/Windows 7 workstation knowledge
-       Microsoft Office 2003/2007 knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint)
-       Basic knowledge of hardware components
-       Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP,…)
